people of all age groups. The company focuses on diet therapies for the prevention, treatment and management of chronic diseases. Using natural remedies, it offers sustainable solutions to diverse health conditions and malignancies affecting infants and children, men and women, adolescents and the elderly. At flexible costs, TripleLife offers Nutrition Consultation, Diet Modification, Health Promotion and Education, Home Nutrition Care and Intense Diet Management Program (IDMP). Importantly, a free nutrition support package to highly vulnerable groups in the community e.g. Breastfeeding mothers, cancer patients and diabetics is also offered.

Meet The Team

Tabitha Adhiambo
Director/Co-Founder

Co-Founder of TripleLife Diet Centre and a Registered Clinical Nutritionist. She has 4+ years of experience in the Nutrition profession. Leveraging on her ample experience in nutrition, Ms. Odera has executed nutrition interventions that have created lasting solutions for the public health needs. Tabitha believes that well-packaged nutritional information in addressing clients’ underlying nutritional problems is the mantra needed beyond prescriptions, especially for children, adolescents, pregnant and lactating mothers. Tabitha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Nairobi. She is licensed to practice Nutrition by the Kenya Nutritionist and Dietician’s Institute and a member of the Nutrition Association of Kenya.

Mary Njeri Muchiri
Co-Founder, TripleLife Diet Center

Mary Njeri Muchiri is a licensed Nutritionist and a Researcher. She is currently one of the Co-Founders of TripleLife Diet Center, Nairobi. Mary has previously worked as a Research Assistant at Kenya Medical Research Institute where she has done major research projects related to nutrition. She has worked for Kenyatta National Hospital and in the Ministry of Health – Division of Nutrition and Dietetics, experiences that exposed her to the broad world of nutrition. Mary is an expert in various nutrition therapies aimed to prevent, control and cure ailments such as: Non communicable diseases, maternal and infant nutrition amongst other raising health concerns. Mary has a Bachelor’s degree in Food Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Nairobi.
